Orchard Lodge Care Home

Orchard Lodge provides residential care and accommodation for up to 26 people aged 65 and over, with 23 residents at the time of inspection. The home has implemented strong safety procedures, including a dedicated visiting protocol where relatives receive COVID-19 lateral flow tests prior to visits. Visitors are supported in using PPE and hand sanitiser while maintaining social distance in a dedicated conservatory with garden access. Staff have received training on the safe use and disposal of PPE, and the home maintains a good supply of protective equipment.
