Oak Tree House Residential Care Home

Oak Tree House provides residential care for 17 people, including older people and younger adults, some living with dementia, in an adapted two-storey building with capacity for up to 20 residents. People told inspectors they were happy with the service and felt staff understood their needs and preferences well. Residents said staff listened to them, knew them personally, and were responsive to their wishes. The home maintained safe recruitment processes and had sufficient staffing levels, with trained staff whose skills were regularly developed.
