Northwick Grange provides personal and nursing care to up to 30 people aged 65 and over in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, the home was supporting 15 residents.

Staff have received training in Infection Prevention Control and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All staff observed were wearing PPE in line with current government guidelines, and staff demonstrated clear understanding of safe donning and doffing procedures. The home has PPE stations positioned on every corridor throughout the building, stocked with PPE supplies, hand gel, and clinical waste bins to support infection control practices.
