Jubilee Lodge accommodates up to 74 people across four wings, providing residential nursing care and personal care to those with nursing needs and dementia. At the time of inspection, 55 people were using the service. The home has strengthened its quality assurance systems since the previous inspection, with improved audits and staff management procedures. Records now demonstrate how staff concerns are safely managed. However, inspectors identified gaps in medicines-specific care plans and made a recommendation regarding governance and oversight of medicines management.
