This service operates from two adjoining purpose-built bungalows, providing support to nine people living with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities. The setting is larger than typical domestic properties and exceeds current best practice guidance for group size. However, the service mitigates potential negative impacts through personalisation of individual rooms and multiple communal areas. Staff do not wear uniforms or identifying care clothing, allowing people to blend naturally when accessing the local community. The service actively supports people to use community facilities and services.
