Netherton Green Care Home

This purpose-built care home across four single-story buildings provides personal and nursing care to older people, those with physical disabilities, and people living with dementia. At inspection, 37 people were residing there, with capacity for up to 120.

Inspectors found significant concerns with infection prevention and control systems, which were not adequately in place. Medicine management also posed safety risks. However, the provider had assessed people's individual risks and implemented mitigation plans. Staff recruitment processes were safe, and people were protected from abuse.
