Netherhayes provides personal care for up to 24 older people, some living with dementia. Staff are caring and compassionate, treating residents with dignity and respect while delivering person-centred care based on individual needs and preferences. Staff members understand residents' life histories and communication needs, using this knowledge to build positive, meaningful relationships.
