Natalie House accommodates up to five people and provides personal care. The home implements clear visiting policies in line with government guidance and has informed families of the processes in place. Staff wear personal protective equipment according to current guidance.

People are supported to use designated bathrooms, which helps establish routines that would support self-isolation if needed.
