Mountearl

Mountearl is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 9 people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities across two separate units, each with adapted facilities. The home was at full capacity during inspection. The service provides a safe, clean, well-equipped and well-maintained environment that meets residents' sensory and physical needs. Staff support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive practices in their best interests. Medication support is delivered in ways that promote independence and achieve good health outcomes, while staff also encourage people to play an active role in maintaining their own health and wellbeing. The service has sufficient appropriately skilled staff to meet people's needs and keep them safe.
