About Deepdene House

Deepdene House is a care home for people with mental health support needs, some of whom also have physical or sensory impairments. It was assessed after concerns were raised about how staff managed people's money. Inspectors found the provider had since improved its systems, and finances were now handled safely, with enough skilled staff and effective management of risk.

People said they felt safe, involved in their care and treated with kindness. Staff respected privacy, choice and individual preferences, and a good range of activities was offered both in the home and locally. The CQC rated the service Good overall.
