Mountdale Nursing Home

Mountdale Nursing Home is a residential care home providing accommodation and nursing care for up to 24 people, some of whom are living with dementia. It is set over three floors with a large garden and individual rooms. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 21 people were living there.

Inspectors found the service had made improvements since the previous assessment and was no longer in breach of regulation, with the registered manager now having effective governance systems in place. People and relatives spoke highly of staff and the care provided, describing them as attentive and kind. Overall, the CQC rated the home Good.
