Hallmark Admiral Court Luxury Care Home

Admiral Court provides nursing and personal care to up to 60 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 39 people were residing across two floors. The service maintained high standards of cleanliness with cleaning schedules in place for all areas including high-touch surfaces and deep cleaning. Visitors were welcomed safely with temperature checks, personal protective equipment available, and designated visiting spaces including a visitors room, gardens, and residents' rooms.

Staff had access to appropriate PPE and followed government guidance on infection prevention and control. The service facilitated safe admissions following current guidelines and ensured both staff and residents had access to COVID-19 testing as per government guidance. Risk assessments were in place for staff and people using the service to identify and manage COVID-19 related risks. Spaces throughout the home were arranged to support safe social distancing for meals and social activities.
