This residential care home provides nursing and personal care for people with emotionally unstable personality disorders, supporting up to eight residents in a purpose-built facility. At the time of inspection, five people were using the service. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive practices possible and acting in their best interests.

The service's policies and systems reflect this commitment to person-centred care. People are protected from abuse through robust provider procedures and comprehensive staff training.
