Montfort Fields

This service supports up to five people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At the time of inspection, five people were using the service.

People have developed strong bonds with staff who know them well. They are at ease with their carers and enjoy sharing jokes with them. Relatives speak very positively about the caring relationships that have developed, with one saying, "I can't fault the staff." Staff speak warmly about the people they care for, and people feel confident asking for assistance when needed.
