Miramar

Miramar is a residential care home for up to 14 people living with mental health issues, providing personal care and accommodation. At inspection, 13 people were using the service.

People reported feeling happy and safe, with one resident noting staff "encouraged and supported [them] to live the life they chose." Care plans were person-centred and reflected individual needs and choices, with people and their relatives involved in planning and reviews. Staff were suitably trained with regularly assessed competencies, and staffing levels were sufficient to safely support residents. Medicines were managed safely.
