The CQC rated the service outstanding overall, following the "right support, right care, right culture" guidance for people with a learning disability and autistic people.

Inspectors found exceptionally person-centred, kind and dignified care, with staff who knew people extremely well and leadership described as visionary and inclusive. Families told the CQC they trusted staff completely and felt fully involved, with strong communication and meaningful community activities. Governance was robust, and staff were well trained, supported and motivated.
