Inspectors identified significant concerns about medicines administration, which were not always given safely. Risk assessments were not consistently thorough, leaving staff without adequate information to deliver appropriate support. The home's staff recruitment procedures were found to be inadequate. Staffing levels throughout the 24-hour period were insufficient, with particular concerns about night-time cover when people could be at risk due to the reduced number of staff on duty.
