Merevale House Residential Home

Merevale House accommodates up to 31 people across three accessible buildings—the house, cottage, and lodge—which share communal gardens. The home provides personal care and support for adults of all ages with mental health needs, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 29 people were using the service.

The home had systems in place to identify areas for improvement, though these could have been more effective in ensuring improvements were identified and implemented promptly. Improvement plans were being developed to meet fire regulations and address other identified needs.
