Meera House Nursing Home

Meera House Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 59 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 48 residents were using the service. The home had made notable improvements since the last inspection, including personalised care plans, an activities coordinator, and refurbished décor with new furniture.

Staff provided kind and compassionate care, protecting and respecting residents' privacy and dignity. They understood and responded to individual needs effectively. Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and worked collaboratively with other agencies to protect residents from poor care and abuse.
