Community of St Mary at the Cross

Henry Nihilll House accommodates up to 30 residents and provides personal and nursing care to older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 29 people were using the service. People and their families described the home as safe, with staff identifying and mitigating risks of harm effectively. Residents were supported to make choices about their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. The home's policies and systems reflected this commitment to maximising choice and control.
