Medway House

Medway House is a residential care home supporting six people with mental health needs. People reported feeling safe at the home and were comfortable with the staff supporting them. Staff had received safeguarding adults training and demonstrated good understanding of their responsibilities in keeping people safe and reporting concerns appropriately. The home managed medicines well, with staff trained in safe administration and medicines given as prescribed with well-maintained records.
