The service had implemented a regular testing programme for COVID-19 among staff and residents, with strong uptake of the vaccine among people using the service.

Effective systems were in place to ensure staff and visitors followed government guidelines, and the home had developed clear plans to respond to potential infection outbreaks and maintain the safety of both residents and staff.
