About Mansfield Manor Care Home

Mansfield Manor Care Home is a nursing home in Nottinghamshire, providing personal care for older people, including those living with dementia. The findings from the most recent CQC inspection are set out below.

Mansfield Manor provides personal care for up to 38 people, with 36 residents at the time of inspection. Most residents are older people, some of whom are living with dementia.

Inspectors identified concerns with the home's COVID-19 policies, which had not been updated to reflect the latest guidance, affecting infection control management. While domestic staff followed cleaning schedules including use of steamers for fabric coverings, touch cleaning of frequently-used surfaces was not continued after staff completed their shifts. Following the inspection, the provider reviewed and adjusted the cleaning schedule to address this gap.
