Mandeville Grange Nursing Home

Mandeville Grange Nursing Home is a nursing home providing care and support to older people, including those living with dementia. Following previous enforcement action, the CQC found the provider had addressed earlier breaches around safe care, safeguarding, staffing, consent and governance, and was no longer in breach of these regulations. The service, previously in Special Measures, is now rated Good overall.

Inspectors found risks were well managed, staffing levels sufficient, and staff well trained and supported. The registered manager was praised for driving improvements and building an open, person-centred culture. People and relatives described staff as caring and attentive, and the home as calm, welcoming and recently refurbished.
