Byron House Care Home

Byron House accommodates up to 28 people requiring personal and nursing care across three floors, currently supporting 25 residents including older people and those living with dementia. Staff are highly skilled and receive training tailored to residents' individual needs, with the provider prioritising recruitment of people demonstrating empathy, kindness and strong teamwork. Residents are involved in staff induction, and there is significant investment in ongoing professional development including specific training tailored to residents' care requirements.
