Mallard House Neurological Care Centre provides personal care for up to 55 residents. The service has implemented comprehensive infection control measures including a visitor booking system managed by a dedicated family liaison officer, with rapid testing, hand washing stations and PPE readily available. Staff and visiting professionals must provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination before entering.

A testing programme is in place for all staff and residents, with isolation and zoning plans used to manage potential spread of infection.
