Magnolia House provides care and support for up to six people with learning disabilities and autism, some with limited verbal communication. At inspection, five people lived at the service.

The home has designated an infection prevention and control lead who has implemented enhanced cleaning of high traffic areas. Staff have actively supported residents' communication and relationships, including helping one person purchase their own tablet to stay in contact with family. Communal facilities are available for other residents to maintain contact with friends and family.
