Lynwood House

Lynwood House provides personal care to ten residents in a two-storey building with lift access, stairs and a stairlift. The home features communal lounging areas, a dining room, kitchen and a well-maintained garden with a sensory room. Staff support residents to retain and improve their independence, enabling them to live their lives as they wish through person-centred care. The registered and deputy managers promote an inclusive environment where staff know residents well and provide dignified, personalised support. Detailed assessments guide staff in understanding and meeting each resident's individual needs, while policies and systems ensure people have maximum choice and control over their lives.
