Lutterworth Country House Care Home

Lutterworth Country House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 66 people, with 51 residents using the service at the time of inspection. Staff demonstrated good safeguarding knowledge, recognising signs of abuse and knowing how to report concerns. Both people and staff felt confident they would be listened to if they raised issues. The service maintained adequate staffing levels with appropriately skilled staff to meet residents' needs, and staff received the training and supervision required to keep people safe.

Risks were assessed and managed while respecting people's freedom to make choices. Medicines were administered safely, and residents enjoyed the meals provided with staff supporting people to eat and drink sufficient amounts.
