The home offers various communal spaces including a conservatory, dining room, and two lounges, with an easily accessible garden and lift access to upper floors. While systems exist to monitor quality and safety, inconsistencies were identified in people's risk assessments and safe recruitment practices. Environmental risks are well managed to keep people safe, and individual risks are identified and addressed appropriately. Staff understand safeguarding procedures and feel supported in their roles. Medicines are well managed by trained staff, and the manager responded openly to address areas for improvement identified during the inspection.
