Lulus

Lulus is a residential home supporting up to three younger adults with learning disabilities or autism. Currently two residents live there, with the provider limiting admissions due to the complex needs of those supported. Staff demonstrate strong understanding of residents' needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. The home is visibly clean and personalised, with good ventilation and spacious layout. A relative commented that staff "do everything to make sure I see [person who uses the service]; nothing is too much trouble for them," and described the home as "spotless."

Residents are actively supported to participate in their community and maintain important relationships. Individual risk assessments have been conducted for both residents and staff, with appropriate protective measures in place including regular testing, vaccinations, and use of personal protective equipment. Relatives confirmed they feel their family members are safe at Lulus, and staff are dedicated to keeping residents protected from infection risks. The service has carefully balanced enabling community engagement with maintaining safety protocols.
