The two-floor accommodation is accessible via a passenger lift, with all bedrooms offering single occupancy and ensuite facilities. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with 37 residents.

Staff demonstrated strong infection prevention and control procedures, with the registered manager having established effective protocols that were consistently followed across the home. A comprehensive screening process for visitors was in place, including health and temperature checks upon entry to the building.
