Beechdale

Beechdale provides care and accommodation for seven adults with learning disabilities. All facilities are on the ground floor with good accessibility for wheelchair users. Residents and relatives reported feeling safe and well cared for. One relative commented, "We completely feel my relative is safe and well at Beechdale," while another said, "The manager and staff are so caring everything revolves around the residents." Staff demonstrated compassion, kindness and respect in their interactions with people they supported.

Safeguarding procedures were in place to record concerns, accidents and incidents, with appropriate action taken as required. Staff had received safeguarding training and understood their responsibilities to report unsafe care or abusive practices. Residents received their medicines as prescribed.
