Hilton Rose Retirement Home Ltd

This retirement home provides personal and nursing care to up to 27 people, including older adults, younger people, and those with dementia. At the time of inspection, 25 people were using the service.

Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguarding and safety procedures, with clear knowledge of how to report concerns and identify risks. The home maintained safe recruitment practices and had sufficient staffing levels. Medicines were administered safely by trained and competent staff, and infection prevention control procedures were consistently followed. When incidents occurred, staff responded appropriately and documented these appropriately.
