Longridge Hall and Lodge

Longridge Hall and Lodge is a residential care home accommodating up to 60 people in need of personal care across two floors, with all rooms featuring en-suite facilities. At the time of inspection, 55 people were living at the home. Staff demonstrated a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and there were sufficient staff numbers to meet people's needs and ensure their safety. The provider's safeguarding processes were robust, and staff had received relevant training and support for their roles.

People living at the home reported feeling safe and expressed happiness with the service they received. They described receiving safe care from kind and caring staff. The provider identified and addressed risks during the inspection process, taking immediate action to resolve concerns that emerged.
