Meadowfield House Home for Older People

Meadowfield House provides nursing and personal care for up to 47 older adults across three units. Poppyfields is an 11-bed residential care unit, Daisyfields offers 13 beds primarily for residential care, and Rosemeadows provides 23 beds as a community assessment unit focused on rehabilitation and reablement. The home supports adults aged 65 and above, including those living with dementia, mental illness, and people with physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 20 people were resident at the service.
