Stanway Villa

Stanway Villa is a residential care home providing personal care to seven people with learning disabilities, some of whom also have autistic spectrum disorders and/or physical disabilities. Staff demonstrated a good understanding of each person's individual communication needs, using this knowledge to support people's understanding of current circumstances while reducing anxieties. The home prioritised maintaining contact between residents and their relatives, recognising the importance of these family connections.
