Little Orchard is a residential care home providing support to people with a learning disability, autistic people, and those with physical disabilities and sensory needs. It cares for up to 5 people. The service has improved from its previous requires improvement rating and is now rated Good, with inspectors finding people were kept safe, supported by well-trained staff, and treated with kindness and respect.

Some concerns around infection prevention and control were noted, though improvements began during the assessment. Medicines were managed safely, and risks were properly assessed. Relatives gave positive feedback, describing staff as caring and the home as well led, with people supported to take part in new activities and attend medical appointments.
