Little Oaks Residential Care Home

Little Oaks Residential Care Home provides residential care for a small number of people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people were kept safe, supported by skilled and caring staff, and encouraged to build independence and take part in community life, including work placements and social activities.

Inspectors found people and relatives spoke highly of the care, describing staff as warm, kind and approachable, with an open and inclusive culture led by the registered manager. Quality monitoring processes were in place, though the CQC noted these needed to be more robust to consistently identify shortfalls and drive improvement.
