Bridge House (Somerset)

Bridge House provides care for 11 people with learning disabilities, aged between 29 and 67, in a large adapted terraced house. The service is designed to promote choice, independence and inclusion, enabling residents to live ordinary lives within their community. At inspection, people were found to be safe, with robust recruitment procedures, appropriate staffing levels, secure medicine management, effective infection control measures, and well-maintained premises all contributing to a protective environment. The home maintains its Good rating, demonstrating consistent quality in safeguarding and supporting residents' wellbeing.
