Lime Tree Court Residential Care Home

Lime Tree Court provides personal care to up to 60 older people, including those living with dementia and sensory impairment, as well as younger adults. The home operates across three floors in one adapted building, each with separate facilities. At inspection, 49 people were using the service.

Staff had received training in safeguarding and reported concerns appropriately, with incidents investigated. Risks to people's safety were assessed and managed through individualised plans. People received their medicines as prescribed. The service maintained adequate staffing levels, with staff safely recruited to the home.
