Larchfield Manor

Larchfield Manor provides accommodation and personal care for up to 47 people, including those living with dementia. The home comprises two wings across two floors, with the Coach House wing specialising in dementia care. At inspection, 42 people were using the service.

Residents reported feeling safe and well supported by staff. The service maintained robust recruitment processes and employed sufficient staff to deliver care promptly. Medicines were managed safely, and staff received appropriate training in medicine administration and safeguarding. Regular supervision and yearly appraisals ensured staff could fulfil their roles effectively. Residents had choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible through well-established policies and systems.
