About Kingston Rehabilitation Centre

Kingston Rehabilitation Centre provides personal and nursing care to up to 36 people, including older people and those with learning disabilities. The service specialises in neurorehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, post-COVID rehabilitation, complex nursing care and specialist tracheostomy care. At the time of inspection, 35 people were using the service, with 33 receiving personal care.
