Kingsthorpe View Care Home provides personal and nursing care to older people and those living with dementia, supporting 40 people at the time of the assessment. The home had previously been rated inadequate, and inspectors found that improvements had since been made to risk management, staffing and medicine management.

However, the CQC found the provider remained in breach of regulations around governance and person-centred care. People had limited meaningful activities and were not always supported to have meals reflecting their cultural background, though staff were described as kind and the home clean and homely, with a safer garden now accessible.
