Braywood Gardens

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness and involved in decisions about their care, with staff supporting individual preferences and dignity. Leadership was praised as visible and supportive, though some gaps in medicines quality assurance were identified, and some residents reported delays with call bells. The provider gave assurances these issues had been addressed.
