Khaya Project (Hillreach)

This care home provides accommodation and personal care for adults with mental health conditions, supporting them to live independently. At the time of inspection, four people were using the service.

Care records were in place containing information on the support people needed, though some aspects used language that was not person-centred. The service had safeguarding procedures in place and staff demonstrated a clear understanding of these procedures. Appropriate recruitment checks had taken place before staff started work, and there were enough staff to support residents.
