Primrose Croft Care Home

Primrose Croft Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 38 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 31 residents were staying at the service. The home had implemented several measures to support residents' wellbeing and connections with family. A purpose-built screen had been installed at the main entrance to create a safe visiting pod, allowing residents and family members to meet. The provider had also purchased two computer tablets to enable residents to maintain virtual contact with friends and family.

To support residents' health monitoring, the home had purchased pulse oximeters and trained staff in their use to better observe and track residents' health conditions.
