The service has strengthened its quality assurance processes through a range of audits and checks designed to maintain safety standards. Accident and incident recording and analysis have been improved. Residents and their representatives are actively involved in decisions about their care and support needs, and the provider engages with both people receiving care and staff to drive ongoing improvements to the service.
