Jubilee Lodge

Jubilee Lodge provides personal and nursing care to up to three people with support needs related to drug and alcohol misuse or mental health issues. Staff support residents to make choices about their lives in the least restrictive way possible, and staff understand Mental Capacity Act principles. However, mental capacity assessments have not always included all necessary information, and records of residents' goals and achievements need clearer documentation. Quality assurance processes are not regularly completed by the registered manager. Residents reported feeling safe at the service.
