Jericho Lodge

Jericho Lodge provides residential accommodation for up to three males with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, two people were using the service. Residents told inspectors they liked living at the home and considered it their home, with both feeling safe there. Staffing levels were adequate to meet residents' needs, though inspectors identified that one staff file was missing required recruitment checks that need to be addressed.

Residents were supported to take their medicines on time as prescribed. The provider had assessed risks and prepared management plans to help keep people safe from harm, with staff supporting residents in taking their medicines as directed.
