Jericho Lodge

Jericho Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care and support to a small number of men with mental health needs, including an autistic person and someone living with dementia. The CQC's assessment found the home remains rated good overall, with people and relatives describing staff as caring, respectful and attentive. Staffing levels were adequate, medicines were managed safely, and the environment was clean and comfortable.

However, inspectors found well-led required improvement. Governance and record-keeping around risk management had not improved despite an earlier recommendation, and there had been no registered manager in day-to-day charge for six months. Two breaches of legal regulations were identified, and the provider has been asked for an action plan.
